Orbiting Carbon Observatory 2

The Orbiting Carbon Observatory 2 satellite was launched by NASA in July 2014 to measure global atmospheric CO2 levels.

With COP26 coming up on 31 October through 12 November, I thought it time to take a look at OCO-2’s carbon dioxide data and see how New Zealand measured during 2019.

The results are CO2 levels are steadily increasing and no values below 400ppm were measured.
